Our website makes it easier to see the reward points available on eligible products, understand what they’re worth and keep track of your balance. Whether you’re browsing Mystery RIP Packs, hunting for back issues or choosing your next graded comic, look out for the points information as you shop.

What are Comic Box UK points?
Points are our way of rewarding eligible purchases. Collect them in your customer account and build towards a future order paid for with points.
Every point has a spending value of 1p. Here’s what that means:

These are examples of point value. The number you can earn varies by product, so check the amount displayed before adding an item to your basket.
See what you can earn before you buy
We’ve added points information to shop listings and individual product pages, so you can see the reward alongside the comics you’re considering.
For example, a product showing “Earn 50 points” has a reward worth £0.50 towards a future points-paid order.
Your basket also shows an estimated points total, which updates as you change quantities. That makes it easy to see how your next purchase could help build your balance.
The estimate covers paid products with configured rewards and excludes free gifts, zero-priced items and delivery. Final awards depend on purchase eligibility and payment method; cancellations and refunds may affect points too.
Keep track in My Account
Sign in to your customer account when shopping, then visit My Account to see your balance in both points and pounds.
For example, 800 points have a spending value of £8.00. No mental arithmetic needed!
Your points belong to your customer account. When the Comic Box UK app becomes available, use the same account to access that balance there too.
How do I spend my points?
When points payment is available at checkout, you can use your balance to pay for an eligible order.
You must have enough points to cover the full order total, including delivery. Points cannot be used as part-payment alongside a card payment.
For example, an eligible order totalling £15 including delivery requires 1,500 points. If your balance isn’t there yet, pay normally and keep building towards a future reward.
Points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn as money.

Our iPhone app is coming soon, bringing Comic Box UK shopping and your account points together in one place.
It will also feature Rip Rewards: reward bags that can contain discount vouchers or points prizes. These are separate from ordinary purchase points, and availability, eligibility and voucher terms apply.
